Buying Art Through Art Dezire

Can I negotiate price online?

No , we have already pegged each piece of art at a very competitive and affordable rate. We therefore do not entertain any requests for discounts.

Can I have a look at the painting before I buy?
|
|
No, most of the pieces are kept at the artists’ studio. We have however ensured that the picture on the portal is closest to the original .

After I book a painting online, how soon can I get it?
|
|
Once your booking is confirmed and payment credited to our account, the artist is informed. The artwork is then shipped through a reliable courier service, details of which , including shipping cost will be sent to you via email. The payment is transferred to the artist after your confirmation and satisfaction on receipt of the goods.

In case the painting is not received in good condition, can I return it?
|

Yes , in case the painting gets damaged during transit, you have the flexibility of returning the painting to Art Dezire. However this activity should be done within two days of receipt of the painting. Please refer the Authenticity Guarantee to understand this process in detail. The company ensures that utmost care is taken while packing & couriering the paintings.

Can I sell my art through your portal ?
|

You may contact us via phone or email. After an initial discussion and on agreeing to our terms and conditions, you may send us images of your paintings which we shall upload on to our portal. Based on existing regulations ,Art Dezire reserves the right to accept / reject an artist’s request to sell their art through this portal.
