Location of Art Work
|
The artworks shown on the portal are held with the artists who may be located anywhere in the world and not necessarily in physical possession of Art Dezire. Art Dezire is not obligated to the buyer to provide any physical preview of the art piece before sale. We have however ensured that the art piece is as close as it appears on the portal.

Pricing
|
All pieces of art will be sold at the quoted price and there will be no discounts offered since the prices mentioned are competitive as compared to other portals. The prices mentioned are inclusive of all taxes however it does not include the shipping cost. The shipping cost depends on the location of the artwork and the shipping address. The address provided in the registration form will be considered as the address where the goods need to be delivered. In case of purchase by a buyer outside India, rates applicable will be as per the foreign exchange rate on the day of the placement of the order.

Invoicing
|
Invoices will be raised by Art Dezire based on the information provided in the registration form. Payments will be accepted from registered buyer only and not from any other source. The buyer should read the payment policy as the payments will be received only as per the policy.

Shipping
|
|
Art Dezire will ship the goods once all documentation and payment conditions have been fulfilled. Once the payment is received , the buyer will be informed about the shipping details. In case the buyer prefers to collect the artwork himself, he should do so within two weeks of placing the order. In case he/she is not able to collect the work within two weeks of placing the order, storage and insurance charges will be levied on the buyer.

Order Cancellation
|
|
Once an order is placed, payment should be received within 7 days from the placement of order (order date included), failing which Art Dezire holds the right to cancel the order and make it available again for sale.

Refunds
|
|
Once an order is placed it is irrevocable. Likewise, once a payment is received it will not be refunded. A refund will be given only if the product received by the buyer is in damaged condition (Refer Authenticity Guarantee for details). A refund will not be given if a buyer decides not to accept the painting after placement of the order and/or payment.

Personal Information Of The User

The user of Art Dezire guarantees that all information provided by him/her in the registration form is authentic. Art Dezire is liable to work as per the information provided in the registration form. In case there is a change in the information provided earlier , the user will update his/her information in Art Dezire portal. In case the information on the form is found to be incorrect Art Dezire retains the right to cancel or revoke the rights of the user to use the portal till such time correct information is provided by the user. For security reasons , any change in personal information should be made via. the registration form only.

Authenticity Guarantee
|
|
Each piece of art is supported by an authenticity certificate by the artist, based on which Art Dezire will issue an authenticity certificate to the buyer for every art piece sold through Art Dezire.

Agreement on Terms & Conditions
|
|
